Frequently Asked Questions
WLS is designed for professional women and that is our target audience. However, we do not specifically restrict attendance at WLS.
In the event a registered participant cannot attend, tickets may be transferred or held for the following year's event. Refunds are available through 02/15/2026, minus $50 cancellation fee.
Your event ticket includes all sessions, scheduled meals, and event materials.
LADIES' Night is an optional event that requires a ticket and may be purchased separately.
The host venue provides discounted room rates for this event and the block of rooms is available for reservations until sold-out. We encourage you to book your rooms early, as they will sell out.
THE PROGRAM BEGINS MID-AFTERNOON ON SUNDAY AND CONCLUDES AROUND NOON ON TUESDAY. MANY PARTICIPANTS ARRIVE EARLY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, ONSITE SPA & AND OPTIONAL PRE-SUMMIT ACTIVITIES.
There is NO dress code. We want you to wear whatever makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. If that's a designer business suit, jeans and a blazer, a jumpsuit with sneakers, or shorts and flips... we want you to do YOU.
You're welcome and encouraged to invite guests to attend. Please keep in mind that this event is designed for professional adult women, and some content may not be suitable for minors. However, we do welcome supervised younger female leaders.
