Ellevate Foundation is an educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing women in leadership through professional development, meaningful connections, and access to career-building opportunities.
Founded by women in the insurance industry, we are committed to empowering current and aspiring female leaders across the insurance ecosystem. Through leadership programming, our annual Women's Leadership Summit, and professional development grants, we are investing in the women who will shape the future of our industry.

At Ellevate Foundation, we are committed to cultivating the next generation of women leaders.
The proceeds from our Foundation are applied toward supporting female professionals to advance their professional development and earn grants to attend industry events such as our annual Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS) each spring.
By nurturing, elevating, and uplifting female leaders, Ellevate Foundation contributes to the critical need for more upward mobility for professional women through personal and professional development and strategic networking.
We welcome and encourage like-minded innovators across the insurance industry to partner with us.
